HOME / HOUSING ASSOCIATIONS & REGISTERED PROVIDERS
HOUSING ASSOCIATIONS. LONG-TERM WORKING RELATIONSHIPS.
A local contractor for planned maintenance, repairs and external works across Lancashire. Hunter Construction welcomes ongoing works programmes and tender enquiries from housing associations, registered providers and their maintenance partners.
Discuss a programme of external improvements across your housing stock: footpaths, paving, fencing, boundary walls, hardstanding and drainage. Send the property schedule, priorities and expected contract term so we can review the workload and agree a practical package.
Repairs and remedial works
We welcome enquiries for drainage repairs, damaged paving, boundary repairs and groundworks around existing properties. Share your job descriptions, photographs, response requirements and anticipated volumes so suitability and capacity can be agreed.
Void-property external works
For properties between tenancies, send the external works list and target handover date. We can discuss repairs to paths, fencing, boundaries and drainage, with inclusions and any dependencies made clear before work starts.
Paths, ramps and access improvements
Discuss external access works for individual homes and communal areas. Include the design or specification, existing levels, resident access requirements and any arrangements needed to keep entrances and shared routes usable.
Groundworks and construction packages
For new housing or larger refurbishment schemes, send the drawings and specification for foundations, concrete slabs, drainage, attenuation and external works. We welcome enquiries from housing associations and their principal contractors.
An ongoing working relationship
Hunter Construction is seeking long-term working relationships with housing associations, registered providers, managing agents and maintenance contractors. We welcome suitable tender invitations, supplier-registration opportunities and repeat programmes of work across Lancashire.
FROM ENQUIRY TO APPOINTMENT
A CLEAR SCOPE. A WORKABLE PROGRAMME.
Whether you have one package ready to price or are reviewing your local contractor supply chain, send the requirements to our office.
Provide the locations, work types, approximate volumes, desired contract term and procurement timetable.
Agree the package and pricing basis
We can discuss an itemised quotation, schedule of works or tender pricing against your specification, with assumptions and exclusions set out.
Review resident and site requirements
Tell us about access, occupied homes, safeguarding, resident communication, working hours and reporting requirements so these can be addressed before appointment.
Complete your supplier checks
Send the onboarding questionnaire and required insurance limits, qualifications and accreditations. We will review the requirements and confirm the information available for the proposed work.
